“Think like a journalist” is a one-day seminar that prepares participants for media interviews of all types and platforms. This interactive and hands-on session invites subject matter experts, c-suite executives, and volunteer spokespeople to put themselves in the reporter’s shoes as they prepare for a media interview.
By understanding the role and needs of the interviewer, participants will be better prepared for their questions. As a result, they will be more comfortable on camera and, ultimately, are more likely to be satisfied with the outcome of the interview.

Whether you have a new strategic plan, a fundraising campaign or are preparing for organizational change, the Bear Pit Session gives each participant the opportunity to present the organization’s key messages in simulated real-life situations… from a media interview or meeting with a funder to a staff huddle or community barbecue.
